Unable to submit paypal payment
Trying to make one purchase on eBay for $391.67. Two credit cards – both belonging to my boss, MY SECURED credit card, AND a PayPal account – and eBay/PayPal will do nothing to get payment to the merchant. AND because of the policies a fraud alert – FALSE – was issued against one of my boss’s credit cards because they “tested” the card with TWO $1.00 purchases to see if the card worked. Hours on the telephone to both eBay and PayPal. Numerous interruptions to get my boss to come to the phone, and still unable to process payment to the merchant. Had to contact the merchant directly as a last resort to find an alternative payment method that does not involve PayPal. As a result of this, I will never complete a transaction – for work or personal – that requires use of PayPal. A lost customer.
