PayPal, takes no accountable for their screwups
I have been a PayPal user for 8 years with no problems. But now I have been trying for past 4 days to purchase a Wheelchair cushion from eBay with my PayPal account for the past 4 days. I keep getting error 601. I have talked to 4 different PayPal people that have given me 4 different reasons why and everyone has said do —– than it will go through. 4 days later and it still gives me error code 601 and NO ONE at PayPal can fix the problem. I desperately need the wheelchair cushion I am trying to purchase but PayPal does not fix there problem. The seller called them the problem was mine, which it isn’t as I have purchased 3 other items through eBay since. Than they told her to re-list the cushion. Now I may lose the item because of Paypal’s screw ups !
