Paypal closed my account without any reason
Paypal Closed My account without reason.
My account was limited last month, no reason given, and PayPal ask me to provide them with some documents to resolve limited account. I sent them all of the documentation they asked me to send, and 6 days later they resolved my account with a balance of $1,113.
This month, they limited my account once again without giving me any reason. They also asked me to send some more documents to them, with case numbers and Transaction ID’s. I tried to find my transaction ID’s and case numbers as they asked, but there is nothing regarding them in my PayPal account.
I send PayPal emails to try and clear up this situation, and PayPal continued to request more information again and again. I sent everything they asked for, and received the following email-
“For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have decided to close it because of security issues.”
What security issues, did I hack PayPal or something? What is making my account a potential risk? Why are they holding my money for 6 months, are they going bankrupt and need to steal money from someone?
The real RISK is doing business with PayPal.
