money on hold for 21 days for no reason

so paypal will hold your money for no reason if you sold your item on ebay. THIS IS THE STUPIDEST BULLSHIT I HAVE EVER SEEN.

unless the buyers give you positive feedback, and most buyers do that after a month or so when you send a request for feedback. this shit is so stupid…
