Fraudulent charges on My PayPal account

I never wanted to use paypal, but since a lot of websites are using them I decided to try it out I literally put in all my personal information. It wasn’t even a month and I already had a fraudulent charge of $743. I called paypal the said they will block the charge from hitting my bank card. Next thing I know I get charged for that amount from paypal. Then they decided that I need to put even more personal info in order to close MY account even though the F@cked up. I will never use paypal again and advise others to stay away! To top it of I waited on the phone for 1 hour before someone picked up the phone. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
