I was not covered under Paypal protection

Purchased just short of $1000 dollars worth of stuff from a company who sent me counterfeit goods… Paypal decided that this wasnt covered as it fell under “Electronic Cigarettes” and I was also a business account that RESOLD? (which business makes purchases but doesn’t sell??).

Any way, they said the attomizers are ecigs and cant be claimed for…

My question – SO if i order paper, which is on every cigarette, would that be blocked…

If i ordered foam, like those found in filters, would that be covered?

Both times the adviser went quiet as they couldn’t answer.

Guess who isn’t getting paid this month to cover the loss for the business? Me.
