Very complicated to pay with PayPal

I have a perfect feed back record. I have made many ebay purchases. I have never had an over draft.
All of a sudden paypal suspends my account and tells my seller he will have to wait 3 to 5 days to get paid. This makes me look bad. To make things worse, it is impossible to talk to paypal. I mean, you have to be a pro hacker just to access them. What a PAIN! Then to make things worse, their co conspirator, ebay, won’t allow me to make other arrangements to pay the man for the purchase I was trying to make.This is far from as easy they try to make it out to be. Nothing but a hassle to use paypal .
