China Buyer Scam – So Long PayPal

Sold a $1300 camera to a seller on eBay who lived in China. The address was incorrect – he provided a US address – sent it FedEx and provided signature delivery – buyer claims he never received the item – I provided shipping info and email where the buyer requested the item to be shipped and they reversed the payment and refunded the buyer for item not received now I am out the cash and the camera – THE SUCK!
