BUYER REFUNDED TWICE FOR PURCHASE
Buyer purchased items, but didn’t update change of address. Items were returned to me by shipping company. I then refunded the cost of items to buyer through paypal $46.50, but not the postage which was $16.50. Buyer put a complaint into paypal, because they wanted the postage back. I supplied tracking numbers to prove the items were sent. Paypal after about 40 days decided to refund the full amount $63.50.
I put a counter claim into paypal as the buyer had now received $110 out of my account for a $63.50 total purchase.I had supplied paypal with the original paypal transaction id for the $46.50 I sent approx 3 weeks previously. So this was paypals mistake. Paypal eventually got in touch with me and told me to contact the buyer, and ask them to refund my money. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!NOT!!!!
Can you see the buyer refunding my money voluntarily!

Don’t hold your breath for a refund. That sucks that PayPal refunded what you had already refunded. Their system just doesn’t work and people get the short end of the stick every time!
